This year I am looking forward to weddings at eclectic venues like the The Austin Power Plant, as well as more traditional venues like The Four Seasons. I have a couple of destination weddings, the farthest being in Greece (outside Athens). I also have a number of couples coming in and having Austin as their wedding destination. I literally have clients from California to New York, and I can’t wait to greet them here. It’s so wonderful meeting brides from all walks of life with varying styles and ideas.

I had the great pleasure of photographing Emily and Andri’s wedding at The Highball. For those of you not from Austin, The Highball is a hip new retro bowling alley with seven private karaoke rooms. This couple went way off the beaten path to choose a unique place to exchange vows, but their wedding still managed to feel like an intimate and beautiful affair. I’ve never seen guests have so much fun at a wedding reception. Here’s a sweet one from their wedding. I’ll post more soon.
